ANNUAL REPORT OF THE ARCHIVIST

This past year I have carried out my usual work of updating the files, recording motions from the Board of Directors meetings, and keeping electronic and paper copies of all CANN activities. Discs of the Motion Book are sent to the executive of CANN each June. The list of Archive Holdings is continually being updated and is now 49 pages long. A disc of the current holdings is sent to the incoming president each June. The archives themselves consist of 10 file boxes.

I have fielded a number of inquiries from members of the Board of Directors. This usually involves searching the archives for information and sometime creating a document for them. There have been no donations or acquisitions for the archives this year. A book that was borrowed from the Archives for display at the WFNN meeting in Toronto last May disappeared and I want to thank Lynn Joseph of Ottawa for donating her copy to the archives to replace it.
