CNA: Invitation to provide feedback on CSA's document on Emerging Materials and Technologies for Infection Prevention and Control

The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) group has released a document for public review on Emerging Materials and Technologies for Infection Prevention and Control. Input by end-users is important to ensure the standard meets the goal of helping to mitigate health-care acquired infections. The document is available at the following link: http://publicreview.csa.ca/Home/Details/1713 until September 7, 2015.

If you have not previously participated in the CSA public review process below is a quick reference to getting started ( instructions are also available on the ‘Help’ tab on the public review website):

  • Go to the public review home page http://publicreview.csa.ca/
  • Click on ‘Register’ on the top blue tab
  • Once your account has been activated, scroll down on the home page under the ‘Browse by Subject’ heading and click on the folder called ‘Health Care and Medical Devices’
  • The document on the public review website is called EXP06 Emerging Materials and Technologies for Infection Prevention and Control
